Q. How many days will it take to deliver my order?

A. If we have all of your order in stock we always aim to get it to you within 7 days. On occasions it is necessary to have certain charms sent to us and in these cases we will have them delivered to you within 28 days. We are always to send out partially completed orders to you, and send on the remainder when it arrives, all at no extra cost to you. In addition we will send you an e-mail after you have placed your order, confirming the expected delivery date.

Q. How do I make an Italian Charm Bracelet?

A. Start off with a base bracelet which is a chain of blank charms that are linked together. Browse through the various categories of charms and select the ones that you would like to add to the bracelet, you can add as many or as few as you like and remember that there is no waste - your leftover blank charms can be used for another bracelet for you or a friend.

Q. How do I choose the right charm?

A. To find that perfect charm, scroll through the categories on the left hand side of any page and choose an item that interests you. You may build your bracelet using a specific theme or have various charms that represent you as an individual.

Q. What size of bracelet should I buy?

A. The size of bracelet will depend upon the size of your wrist, the length of some standard sizes are listed below. If you are uncertain just go for the next size up.

Q. Are all brands of charms compatible with each other?

A. We carry many different brands of charms: Zoppini, Boxing, Linx, Puzzle, Patrizia, Talexia, JJ Kent and Uno Domani to name just a few. All of the charms are compatible with each other as they are all 9mm high, this gives you the freedom to choose from a massive variety of charms safe in the knowledge that they will all link together.

Q. How do I put the links together to create my bracelet?

A. It is easy to learn and fun to add or subtract links to match the clothes you are wearing, or to suit your mood. Each link has a spring-loaded clasp mechanism that you can slide open with your thumb and hook over another the slot in the next charm. The technique is quick to learn and easy to master.

Q. Is there a tool to help me link my bracelet together?

A. For those who have difficulty linking the charms together or who change their bracelet regularly, you may purchase a charm key - simply click visit our accessories page. It makes building that perfect bracelet all the more easy.

Q. I'd like to order a charm that doesn't appear on your website, is this possible?

A. Certainly, as we understand that there are thousands of charms that we may not currently offer on our website. Simply send and email to kristin@endlesscharms.co.uk with a detailed description of the charm you are interested in, and where you have seen it. We will endeavour to fulfil your order and have it delivered to you.

Q. How are the charms delivered?

A. Individual charms are usually delivered first class by Royal Mail, orders over £30 will be sent recorded delivery. If you do have any special requests for shipping, please feel free to add this information in our comments box on the order form. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders within one week, but we will keep you updated if this target cannot be met.

Q. Will my charm bracelet tarnish or rust?

A. No. Our Italian Charm Bracelets are made from the highest quality stainless steel and 18k gold. You can wear them everyday and never worry about tarnishing or rust. As with any piece of fine jewellery, polishing regularly will keep your bracelet looking beautiful. You may purchase polishing cloths in our accessories page.

Q. Is there a guarantee?

A. Italian charms are made of high quality stainless steel with 18k gold and enamelling. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you may return it undamaged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We are confident that you will be more than happy with your order time and time again.

Q. I don't feel comfortable entering my card details online, can I order charms any other way?

A. Whilst our ordering system is secure we completely understand if customers prefer more traditional methods of payment, simply fill out an order form and send it to us with your payment. Please note however that this will extend the ordering process.
